The staff seemed friendly.
My room faced the back, and the noise was noticeable late into the night. The bathroom was a letdown. The shower curtain felt old and there was a strange smell.

the room was not what i expected the furniture looked quite old and it was a little small for the price i paid the bathroom needed some serious updating it had an old tub with some damage i really wanted a more modern experience

the location was great. it was very central, and i found it easy to reach many attractions. the staff were really friendly . they were always ready to help with directions and suggestions.
the jacuzzi bath didn't work, disappointing. i booked a room with this feature, but i couldn't use it. the room's style seemed run down, even with the traditional venetian decor. i also noticed the wardrobes looked quite rickety .

the reception staff offered superb service! they arranged water transport and provided excellent local information. breakfast offered many choices, including fresh pastries and fruit. the inner courtyard presented a peaceful setting for morning coffee. i found the location convenient to many popular attractions.
Soundproofing could be improved. Noise from nearby rooms was sometimes noticeable.

the hotel location is excellent. it is very close to rialto and san marco (i visited both). the staff were helpful. the room was spacious enough for me and my kids.
the wifi was not very good. this made planning my day difficult.
